- If you cancel your subscription after the first 7 days, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of that period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period after the initial 7-day period.
2.3 Consulting Services
- For personal trading consultation or coaching services, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first session.
- If you're not satisfied with your initial consultation, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the completed session.
- For subsequent sessions, no refunds are provided once the consultation has been delivered.
3. Conditions for Refund

- For subscription services, you must not have violated our Terms and Conditions during your use of the service.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Any digital content that has been downloaded, accessed, or consumed beyond 25% of its total content.

- Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period.

6. Refund Processing Time

- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your PayPal account.
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: 3-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund, not the original cryptocurrency amount.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the timing of when the refund appears in your account is subject to your financial institution's processing times, which are beyond our control.
